We are delighted to inform you that FICCI Quality Forum (FQF) is conducting training on “Theory of Constraints (ToC), Lean and Six Sigma (TLS)” as per the details below:

Venue: Hotel Suba International, Mumbai
The theme of TOC is eliminating bottlenecks, the theme of Lean is eliminating waste and none value added activity (NVA) and the theme of Six Sigma is eliminating variation. Each school of thought have proven their effectiveness, otherwise they simply wouldn’t exist. In combination they collaborate and the organisational growth is exponential. This is a non-residential course of five days duration and concludes with a written examination on the 5th day. Participants successfully completing the continuous assessment during the course and also the written examination will be issued certificate of successful completion by FICCI Quality Forum.
