We are delighted to inform you that FICCI Quality Forum (FQF) is conducting training course on Effective Implementation and Internal Audit of ISO 15189:2012 , Medical Laboratories – Requirement for Quality and Competence” as per the details below:

Date: Jun 25-28, 2014
Time: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm.
Venue: Mumbai

This course is designed keeping in mind that all NABL accredited/to be accredited laboratories are required to comply with revised and new standard i.e. ISO 15189:2012 before October 2015. This will be a judicious mix of class room presentations, exercises, group discussion, case studies and hands-on practice will be used. Participants will be encouraged to relate the learning to live situations.

This is a non-residential course of four days duration and concludes with a written examination on the 4th day. Participants successfully completing the continuous assessment during the course and also the written examination will be issued certificate by FICCI Quality Forum.

Eligibility

You should take this course if:

  • You want to understand terminology and interpretation of ISO 15189 requirements
  • You want to implement ISO 15189 in your laboratory and standardize process in your laboratory
  • You want to perform internal audit in your laboratory and want to assess LMS of your supporting laboratories.
  • You are looking to expand your skills in the area of good laboratory practices
  • You are involved in preparing your organization for assessment/accreditation by NABL or you are already a Quality/Technical Manager in NABL accredited laboratory

Course Fee

Rs. 16,850/- per participant plus 12.36% Service Tax (Total Rs. 18,933/-).
Seats are limited to 20 on first-come-first served basis. Payment can be made through Demand Draft/Cheque in favour of FICCI Quality Forum.
