Overview
The role of a new people manager has unique needs. With newly added responsibilities, She/he makes a critical transition from an individual contributor to a position of team manager which comes with greater responsibilities and this change requires a clear understanding of skills which is required for success in new roles. There is a clear need to address the challenges faced by a new line manager in a systematic and scientific way.
In the line of the above we are delighted to inform you that FICCI Quality Forum (FQF) is conducting a two day workshop on –‘ Building an Innovative Culture’ in collaboration with AVTEG - AIMWA as per the details below:

The program is designed to groom and develop the management style and skills of new managers or other in line for management responsibilities.
This course provides judicious mix of class room presentation, exercises, group discussion, case studies and case studies. After successfully completing this program participants will be able to develop and embed personal competence, learn to manage personal work goals and to set and meet priorities efficiently and effectively.
Participants will be issued a certificate by FICCI Quality Forum (FQF) and AVTEG – AIMWA jointly
Eligibility
You should take this course if you want to:

- Identify challenges to effective performance management
- Identify qualities and abilities required for effective management
- Learn to construct feeling of trust and commitment within team
Course Fee: Rs. 12,000/- per participant plus 12.36% Service Tax (Total Rs. 13,483/-).
