This workshop is designed to provide comprehensive understanding of Lean IT concepts and benefits. In today’s competitive world where information technology is playing vital role in business strategy, Lean management has emerged as one of the most powerful approaches to enhance process performance of manufacturing and service organization. Lean IT is the extension of lean manufacturing and lean service principles to the development and management of IT products and services. Main objective of this course is to provide an insight into what Lean IT can mean for an IT organization and provide a framework on how to implement Lean IT in one’s organization.
