ELIGIBILITY
You should take this course if you want to:
 Understand lean concepts and principles
 Learn Lean Tools & Techniques
 Develop Lean implementation skill
 Go with an Action Plan to launch Lean initiative in their company
 Lead the Lean implementing teams to make continuous improvement in processes, people and organization culture
